TouchVision is a full service Audio Visual supplier based in Farnham, Surrey that has been trading for over 30 years. In that time we have experienced fundamental changes and developments in the use of technology and our understanding of it has grown and developed to keep pace with this revolution.
Our focus is, and always has been, the customer and matching the business requirements with the right systems, products and solutions. The clearest proof that we have succeeded in this aim is the loyalty of some of our largest contracts (15 years and still going strong, in one retail case) and the level of repeat business we get across the board.
As the pace of change continues unabated our clients' businesses likewise change and we always take the long term view in our recommendations; we want you to have systems that are capable of growing and still being relevant and functional in years to come.
The real key to our success, as with all good businesses, is our people. Youthful as some of them still look (and act!), our key engineering and technical directors have 27 and 25 years respectively under their belt. Our view is that it is only possible to forecast the future by having an understanding of history and this is true in the AV market, as elsewhere.
TouchVision were taken over by MediaZest Plc in September 2005 with the aim of taking advantage of the digital market explosion that is taking place, particularly in the retail sector. Across the Group we have skill in all aspects of the business: from creative content ideas, through system design, installation and maintenance.
We have bases in both Central London and Surrey but work not only across the whole of the UK but internationally... happy clients all the way from the USA to New Delhi. Remote working means we can access, monitor and service sites globally.
We are keeping at the forefront of the new AV opportunities; video conferencing and Digital Signage to name but two, and fully expect to be here and keeping customers satisfied for another 30 years.
