The Listening Post allows customers to select CD’s and preview them prior to purchase improving the customer experience and driving sales. Over 83 years of relentless innovation has enabled HMV to combine strong heritage with contemporary appeal. The latest concept store at Birmingham’s Bullring centre saw the installation of the 1000th listening post.
