In August 2007 TouchVision secured a four year contract with the University of Hertfordshire. The contract covers the supply and installation of Audio Visual equipment and presentation facilities across all campuses.

Our first project was to install AV presentation systems into 11 Classrooms and 2 lecture theatres during major refurbishment over the summer period.

The advanced classroom systems consisted of a Twin Projection system wired to a multimedia desk with full Crestron Room Control. The system gives Lecturers a full range of sources including PCs, DVDs, Visualisers, Interactive tablets and the ability to show both simultaneously.

Our lecture theatre consisted of the same equipment within classrooms but also give the ability to record lectures via video cameras for distribution internally. An overflow system was also installed so students can view lecturer and data in another theatre if necessary.
